THE ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

a) You are expected to be a citizen of a non EEA country, i.e an international student. The EEA includes the EU countries and Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway
b) You must show a standard motivation for acquiring a master’s degree at Erasmus University.
c) You are expected to reach the English language proficiency in either IELTS (minimum score of 6.5) or TOEFL (minimum score of 90).
d) You should not be a full degree student at any educational institution in Netherlands.
e) It is required to be your first time enrollment as a degree student in Netherlands.
f) You are required to reach the minimum GPA of 3.5 or equivalent.
g) You are expected to have completed the immigration application
h) You are required to have had good study results during their secondary school education.
i) You are expected to have completed the matchematics entrance examination in March or February with a suitable result, but that is if you are low in math during the bachelor application process.
j) You are required to have finished with your immigration application before the 15th of May. By that, it means you have submitted your immigration application forms, and also submitted the remaining tuition fees, the IND handling fee and the remaining amount of the the living fee before the 15th of May.
k) You should have a bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
l) You are expected to show a well detailed financial statement which shows a strong reason for the scholarship.
Erasmus University offers the scholarship amounts from range of €5000 up to €10,000. This amount will be accorded to the students depending on their academic performance and the type of program they are studying. Also, know that this is not a full tuition payment and you will receive this amount in the first year of your studies. The Erasmus University scholarship has the right to take back any given scholarship if the candidate did not meet with the requests of the essential requirements. Let it be to your notice that the scholarship will be given to you when you begin the studies for that particular program in which you applied for. HOW TO APPLY FOR THE ERASMUS UNIVERSITY SCHOLARSHIP

c) The scholarship application has a motivation letter of one page and you are expected to answer these two questions;

ii) Why should you be considered an excellent applicant?
d) Then, you must provide the required documents such as; a personal statement, academic transcripts, etc.
e) Also, ensure to always check the application deadline.
f) Late applications are not allowed or considered.
g) On the 18th of March, 2025, the results as the scholarship application will be announced.
h) All applicants should be aware that the results of the scholarship application will be passed across through the email.
